Contact Info  
Update your contact info by submitting the Contact Info Change Form.
Likewise, If you have not already, make sure you send us your transart blog address via the contact info form. 

Bring
1. Actual artwork for presentations and critiques if applicable. 
2. Tools for your creative practice: cameras, sketch pads, recorders, converters, chargers, etc. 
3. Appropriate HDMI adaptor for your computer to connect to the projector. You will present from your own computer. Also make sure you have a back-up thumbdrive with your presentation loaded and check it on someone else’s computer. 

Attendance Requirements
All new students are expected to attend the full duration of the residency.
All students must attend all scheduled events marked EXP and all courses you have signed up for.

Tech-Check
On the day you are presenting you need to arrive 30 minutes before presentations begin in order to do a tech check with your computer.

Bring
1. (PU students) Official transcripts or diploma/s to the first meeting.  
2. Actual artwork for presentations and critiques if applicable. 
3. Tools for your creative practice: cameras, sketch pads, recorders, converters, chargers, etc. 
4. A thumbdrive with all your presentations loaded (+ one back up drive). Everyone presents from a Transart laptop for full group presentations. Keynote will be provided.

Readings and diary
The prescribed readings are required for admittance to courses. They must be complete for each course and posted as a reading diary to your Transart Process Blog 2 days prior to each course.

Workshop Evaluations
During the afternoon of the last day of your workshop your instructor will allow 10 mins for you to complete the online Summer Course Evaluation Form which is linked in the Berlin Program and available here

Tech-Check
On the day you are presenting you need to arrive 30 minutes before presentations begin in order to do a tech check and load your presentation from your thumb drive to the Transart computer.

Meetings
Meeting times have been set aside most mornings. Use these times to meet with your advisors (in person or via Skype) and for other kinds of meetings you would like to hold. Please check program to see which studio has been allocated for meetings. 

Summer Break
The institute will go on break from August 15 to September 15th.
